Our Available Jobs at Bar Enza
Servers
As a server at Bar Enza, your primary responsibility will be ensuring our customers have a great dining experience. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their meals. You'll also be responsible for answering customers' questions about the menu, making recommendations, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to serving customers, you'll also be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining a clean and neat dining area, and handling cash and credit card transactions. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for exceptional service. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Bartenders
As a bartender at Bar Enza, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for taking drink orders, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring our customers are satisfied. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring all customers are of legal drinking age. In addition to crafting cocktails, you'll make recommendations based on customer preferences, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for mixology. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Line Cooks
As a line cook at Bar Enza, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high standards. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking food, and plating dishes. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste. In addition to cooking, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety protocols, and working as part of a team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled promptly. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Hosts
As a host at Bar Enza, you'll be responsible for providing our customers with a warm and welcoming greeting as they arrive at the restaurant. You'll manage reservations, seating customers, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. You'll also be responsible for answering customers' questions about the menu, making recommendations, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to greeting customers, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized waiting area, managing the flow of customers, and handling cash and credit card transactions. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for exceptional service.
