Meet Chef Tony Susi

Renowned as one of Boston's foremost Italian chefs and pasta artisans, Chef Tony Susi's culinary journey began in the kitchens of notable North End restaurants Davide and Mamma Maria's. His passion for Italian cuisine flourished during frequent trips to Italy, where he discovered the intricacies of his parents' hometown cuisine. After honing his skills in San Francisco's esteemed culinary scene, Susi returned to Boston, working under James Beard Award-Winning Chef Todd English at Olives Boston. He later ventured into restaurant ownership with Sage Restaurant, earning both local and national acclaim. With stints in New York City and consulting roles at various Boston eateries, Susi's expertise continues to shine, notably as the Executive Chef of Bar Enza inside the Charles Hotel. Today, Chef Susi's culinary creations reflect his dedication to authenticity and innovation, captivating diners with each expertly crafted dish.
